But the process of coordinating them: the vendor research, the quote requests, the back-and-forth scheduling, the day-of logistics. It's a full-time job that most people are expected to do on top of their actual lives.
Ciesto was built to fix that. We act as your single point of contact for every vendor your event needs — venues, caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, transportation, and more. You tell us your vision. We handle everything else.
We operate in New York City and New Jersey, where the vendor market is deep and the stakes are high. Our network is built on real relationships — vendors we've worked with, evaluated, and trust to deliver. When we recommend someone, it's because we'd book them ourselves.
